Bob Uecker - Mr. Baseball
Bob Uecker was famous for not taking himself seriously as a Professional Baseball player. He started in the minor leagues in 1956 after serving for three years in the army. He played for four different Major League teams from 1962 to 1967. In 1964 he was a member of the St. Louis Cardinals when they won the World Series.
He was an accomplished play by play announcer for Milwaukee for 54 years. Uecker also gained fame for his Miller Lite commercials, appearing as a guest on Johnny Carson's Tonight Show, working as a ring side announcer for WWE and WWF wrestling events and for movie appearances including his role as Harry Doyle in the movie Major League
