The Two Bobs - Office Space
The Director of the movie Office Space added another point of pressure in the lives of Initech employees by bringing in two efficiency experts to evaluate everyday business processes. The heartless consultants are referred to as “The Two Bobs”.
In this scene Bob Slydell (John McGinley) and Bob Porter ( Paul Wilson) interview Initech Product Manager Tom Smykowski ( Richard Riehle) about his day to day interaction with customers. They focus entirely on internal workflow to correct banking software defects and don’t ask anything about his existing customer relationships (which would be fairly important in most real world software companies).
